Our CEO class had the privilege of touring FM Bank last week and gained an inside look at how a community bank operates. Students learned about the different departments that keep a bank running—from lending and customer service to compliance, security, and financial planning. The FM Bank team also walked us through how loans are evaluated, how banks manage risk, and what it takes to build trust with customers.
The visit gave students a clearer understanding of how financial institutions support local businesses and families, and the leadership skills needed to maintain strong relationships in the banking world. We’re grateful for the opportunity to see real-world finance in action!
