Recently, the MRVCEO class had the incredible opportunity to tour Palmers Creek Wind Farm and learn firsthand how renewable energy is produced right here in our region. We got an inside look at what it takes to operate and maintain a wind farm—from monitoring turbine performance and handling maintenance schedules to understanding the business decisions behind energy production and distribution.

Students were able to ask questions about technology, efficiency, sustainability, and the management skills required to run a large-scale energy operation. It was an eye-opening experience that showed us how innovation and leadership come together in the renewable energy industry.
